K&N Universal X-Stream Clamp-on Air Filter is a new round tapered tapered XD universal air filter, for off road conditions. K&N XD air filters use an extra thick filtering medium for more efficiency and increased protection under high dust conditions. The deep pile design and extra fine weave grade cotton was developed for the extreme conditions race teams face in the Baja 1000.This filter captures harmful particles and continues to provide the performance necessary to stay in the front of the pack. K&N universal XD filters also features an ultra-strong molded pliable rubber flange which absorbs vibration, allowing for secure attachment. It can also be stretched up to 1/16 inches (1.5 mm) to fit in-between sizes. The filter has a flange length of 2 inches (51 mm) and a flange inside diameter of 2.75 inches (70 mm). It has a 6 inch outside diameter base (152 mm), and a 5 inch (127 mm) top outside diameter.Washable and reusable, K&N XD cotton air filters can be cleaned in the same way as K&Ns original cotton air filters. see details
